- Review of the real estate credit portfolio a Bank in Gabon in the context of its transfer to a newly created branch
- Assistance in the file setting of a new factoring company in Gabon in order to acquire the related license from the prudential authority (COBAC).

ADVISORY EXPERIENCE
Performance Improvement : Lead manager for the following assignements:
- Logistics : Gabon Port Management (Portek Group - Singapoure)
PwC was appointed in 2008 by the Portek Group to perform an Internal Control Review of key cycles (flowcharts), including assessing and developping an overall risk map and procedures mannual, for Gabon Port Management, the company manages two key harbors of Gabon (Libreville and Port Gentil).
- Telecommunications : Mobile operators, Recent assignments (2007 and 2008) also include assessement and developpment of a risk map and a procedures manual for two major mobile phone operators in Gabon and Congo.
- Non for profit : CEEAC (Economic Community of Central Africa states)
The CEEAC is a multilateral organization specialized in peacekeeping and capacity-building activities. PricewaterhouseCoopers was appointed in 2007 to assess and develop an overall risk map and a procedures manual for the organization
Other : (1)Implementation of a management accounting system for Congo’s state-owned oil operator.(2)Forensic Audit of Government Spending in the Republic of Congo and Democratic Republic of Congo: At request of World Bank and the governments, PwC performed a forensic audit assignment on Government spending on World Bank sponsored programs involving US$ 500 million.
Transaction services :I was involved in a number of due diligences (buyer/seller) and valuations mainly in the bank and telecom sectors in Francophone Africa.
Forensic assignments and FCPA : I led many Fraud and Forensic audits mainly in the Extractive Industry: Amerada Hess UK Limited and subsidiaries in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea, Total Marketing Gabon. But also for several US funded programs in many countries in Africa (CARE, Aficare, ADRA, Conservation International) and on behalf of the Global Funds in some countries in Africa.
2001 - 2005- Audit assignments in both the financial sector (banking, insurance et pension funds) and industry in Belgium, France and Switzerland.
- Various professional trainings in accounting and finance matters (Including Corporate Finance.)
