My name is Guilain-Sidney Mbanza-Bagny (for short GSM) and I am playing the role of Learning and Development Regional Coordinator for Gabon, Chad, Niger and Burkina Faso.
From the base of implementing Airtel Africa Performance, Talent and Competencies processes, tools, rules and principles, I am currently playing the role of Regional Coordinator for Francophone area in terms of Talent Management and Movement Process (Gabon, Chad, Niger, Burkina Faso, Madagascar, Congo B and Congo DR)
Highly skilled on Leadership and Mangement matters, I am results and performance oriented and stay focus on customer expectations and change management. I look forward to develop people in terms of Integrety (Walk-on-the-Talk, Honesty, Tansparency), Personal capabilities, Focus on results, leading change and interpersonal skills (social network).
Working for my organization, I aim to produce outstanding performance by being first, daring and different into the way I design to develop my career and my skills.
Furthemore I get the opportunity to attend to the MBA Programme led by the Harvard Business School for Zain Group HR Top Talents and Sponsorised by Zain Group: International Human Resources Management.

Great acheivements:
1. Designing the Training Effectiveness Assessment process for Zain Group;
2. Training 61 Executives (9 Directors and 52 Line Managers) of Zain Gabon for 360 Feedback Extraordinary Leadership/Effective Management;
3. Conduct of HR Certification Process (Rule ISO 9001,Version 2000);
4. Designing and conduct of the Talent Management and Movement Porcess for Francphone area (Gabon Chad, Niger, Burkina Faso, Madagascar, Congo B, Congo DR)
